ระบบจำกัดการเข้าใช้งานตามสิทธิ์บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาและบัญชีที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด
ต้องการรายงานโพสต์ ความคิดเห็น สื่อ หรือผู้ใช้งานทำอย่างไร?
ใช้เมนู Report ที่รายการนั้นภายในแอป เลือกเหตุผลและส่งรายงาน ระบบจะส่งเข้าสู่กระบวนการ Moderation โดยไม่เปิดเผยตัวผู้รายงานต่อผู้ถูกรายงาน
ต้องการบล็อกผู้ใช้งานทำอย่างไร?
เปิดโปรไฟล์ของผู้ใช้และเลือก Block เมื่อบล็อกแล้วระบบจะจำกัดการมองเห็นและการโต้ตอบระหว่างบัญชีตามนโยบายชุมชน
ข้อมูลสุขภาพของฉันแสดงต่อคนอื่นหรือไม่?
ข้อมูลสุขภาพเป็นข้อมูลส่วนตัวโดยค่าเริ่มต้น และไม่ใช้ค่ารายละเอียดสุขภาพอ่อนไหว เช่น BMI น้ำหนัก หรือผลตรวจสุขภาพ เป็นข้อมูล Ranking สาธารณะ
ต้องการลบบัญชีทำอย่างไร?
เริ่มได้จาก Settings → Delete Account ภายในแอป หรือดูขั้นตอนในหน้า Account Deletion หากไม่สามารถเข้าแอปได้

Frequently asked questions
Who can use UP Good Health?
Access is restricted according to University of Phayao personnel eligibility and approved university accounts.
How do I report a post, comment, media item or user?
Use Report on the relevant item in the app, select a reason and submit it. The report enters the moderation workflow and the reporter's identity is not disclosed to the reported user.
How do I block another user?
Open the user's profile and choose Block. Blocking restricts visibility and interaction between the accounts according to the community policy.
Is my health data public?
Health data is private by default. Sensitive health values such as BMI, weight and health-check results are not intended to be exposed in public rankings.
How do I delete my account?
Start from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or follow the Account Deletion page and contact support if you cannot access the app.
