ข้อตกลงผู้ใช้งาน (EULA)
การใช้งาน UP Good Health ต้องอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน ความปลอดภัยของชุมชน และการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
1. การยอมรับข้อตกลง
ผู้ใช้ต้องยอมรับ EULA ก่อนใช้งานส่วน Community และระบบจะเก็บเวอร์ชันเอกสารและเวลาที่ผู้ใช้ยอมรับ
2. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม
ผู้ใช้ตกลงว่าจะไม่สร้าง เผยแพร่ หรือส่งต่อเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่เหมาะสม คุกคาม หลอกลวง หรือเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้อื่น
3. Zero Tolerance
UP Good Health ไม่ยอมรับเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือผู้ใช้ที่ละเมิดซ้ำ ผู้ดูแลมีสิทธิ์ซ่อนหรือลบเนื้อหา และเตือน ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชีได้
4. การรายงาน
ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้ Report และ Block ได้จากแอป รายงานจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการตรวจสอบและมีเป้าหมายดำเนินการภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
5. ข้อมูลสุขภาพ
ข้อมูลในแอปมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั่วไป ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยหรือการรักษา
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเอกสาร
เมื่อมี EULA เวอร์ชันใหม่ ระบบอาจขอให้ผู้ใช้ยอมรับใหม่ก่อนใช้งานฟีเจอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Use of UP Good Health is subject to these user terms, community safety rules and privacy requirements.
1. Acceptance
Users must accept the EULA before accessing community features.
2. Appropriate use
Users must not create or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content.
3. Zero tolerance
UP Good Health may remove content and warn, suspend or disable accounts that violate these rules.
4. Reporting
Users can report and block within the app. Reports are handled under the service moderation process with a 24-hour target.
5. Health information
The app is for general wellness and is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
